Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
Staff at St Joseph the Worker Catholic Primary School Auburn South also organise school based Masses and prayer celebration and take part in regular professional development and outreach programs. These include St Vincent de Paul Night Patrol and serving food to the homeless with the Brekky Van.
